30 Rock Cast Member Unwell

CNN reported that Grizzwald Chapman is in the need of a kidney transplant. Chapman who is a cast member of the immensely popular NBC show 30 Rock is currently going through dialysis treatment and is on a wait list for a kidney. On the Emmy-winning show Chapman plays Tracy Morgan’s security. He is suffering from chronic hypertension and he needs to be kept on a dialysis machine three times in a week. But he has to shed a minimum of 75 pounds so as to be considered for the transplant.

30 Rock

After his name is entered into the waiting list Chapman may have to wait up to five years. In order to lose weight, he is presently working with Dr. Mehmet Oz, from the Dr. Oz Show. The episode featuring Dr. Oz will be airing on Tuesday.

Chapman recently admitted that he had not taken any medication for his high blood pressure in years.

A spokesperson for NBC made an announcement to the reporters that Chapman will be appearing continuously on 30 Rock throughout his period of treatment.
