Known as the reputable impulsive, fickle manners of Tracy Jordan, this is to gel in his personality in front of the media.
Jack Donaghy compelled Liz Lemon, in the first episode to eventually take Tracy as the new lead actor for “The Girlie Show”, and to the consternation of Liz, even changes it to TGS show. Tracy Jordan in the next episodes made TGS permanent.
